PIPEs Capital LLC(PIPEs) is a full-service investment bank dedicated to providing corporate finance, strategic advisory and related services to public and private companies across multiple sectors and regions.  PIPEs is the adviser in the PIPE (private investment in public equity) and RD (registered direct offering) transaction markets. PIPEs is a mid market investment bank focused exclusively on Mergers, Acquisitions, Capital Raising and financial & strategic advisory services to public and private companies. Set up in October,1995, PIPEs has closed deals in industries as diverse as Aviation, Pharmaceuticals, Garments, Chemical, Consumer Products and Real Estate. Our clients include many of the larger corporations operating in India, Dubai. Led by senior investment bankers, we provide value-added advisory and transactional services to help our clients identify and implement effective targeted transaction strategies.

We provide capital raising and advisory services to public and private companies across multiple sectors and regions. Our investment bankers also have expertise in cleantech, industrials, financial services, shipping, agriculture, real estate and a variety of special situations. In each of these, we bring to bear our depth of experience, our advisory skills, and our distribution prowess, working to understand a company’s needs and goals before offering our advice or structuring a transaction.
