PIPEs is a mid market investment bank focused exclusively on Mergers, Acquisitions, Capital Raising and financial & strategic advisory services to public and private companies. Set up in October,1995, PIPEs has closed deals in industries as diverse as Aviation, Pharmaceuticals, Garments, Chemical, Consumer Products and Real Estate. Our clients include many of the larger corporations operating in India, Dubai. Led by senior investment bankers, we provide value-added advisory and transactional services to help our clients identify and implement effective targeted transaction strategies.
